研究目的：

探讨联合丙泊酚用于儿童无痛胃镜检查时，艾司氯胺酮更加优化的使用剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the optimal dosage of s-ketamine combined with propofol for painless gastroscopy in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1年龄3岁-12岁的患儿；2 ASA（美国麻醉学会）术前患者综合情况分级≤II级的患儿；3患儿无气道异常；4无消化道解剖异常、机械性梗阻等引起高反流误吸风险的患儿；

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 3-12 years;2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) preoperative comprehensive status of patients ≤ grade II;3. The children had no abnormal airway;4. Children without digestive tract anatomical abnormalities, mechanical obstruction or other causes of high risk of reflux aspiration;

排除标准：

1进行性胃出血的患儿。2肥胖患儿（BMI指数>35kg/m2）。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Children with gastric bleeding.2 obese children (BMI >35kg/m2).
