研究目的：

1. 以決策樹和類神經網路提供決策協助，幫助決定是否接受攝護腺特異抗原篩檢，以期能增加決策自我有效度及減少決策衝突。 2. 以決策樹和類神經網路提供決策協助，幫助決定是否接受攝護腺特異抗原篩檢，以期能減少無法下決定的受測者人數。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect of ANN and decision tree mediated decision aid in increasing of decision self efficacy and decreasing decision conflict. 1. To investigate the effect of ANN and decision tree mediated decision aid in decreasing undecided participants.

纳入标准：

1.男性
2.年齡 ≥50 歲

Inclusion criteria

1. Male;
2. Aged >=50 years old.

排除标准：

1. 心智或精神疾病
2. 已經接受過PSA檢查
3. 前列腺癌病史
4. 前列腺手術病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental or psychological disorder;
2. Previously received PSA test;
3. History of prostate cancer;
4. History of previous prostate surgery.
