研究目的：

（1）比较正畸牵引辅助拔除术与常规阻生牙拔除术的治疗效果以及医疗社会经济学评价； （2）为正畸牵引辅助拔除接触下牙槽神经管的阻生第三磨牙的治疗技术提供循证证据。 （3）降低患者拔牙风险，减轻术后反应，保存软硬组织健康，提高该类病种的治疗水平。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To compare the treatment effect and medical socioeconomic evaluation of orthodontic traction assisted extraction and conventional impacted third molar extraction; (2) Provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment technique of orthodontic traction assisted extraction of impacted third molars in contact with the inferior alveolar nerve. (3) Reduce the risk of tooth extraction, reduce postoperative reactions, preserve the health of soft and hard tissues, and improve the treatment level of these diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①下颌第三磨牙阻生；
②下颌第三磨牙接触下牙槽神经管；
③18-40岁患者，性别不限

Inclusion criteria

1. impacted third molar;
2. impacted mandibular third molars in contact to inferior alveolar nerve;
3. Aged 18-40 years.

排除标准：

①已存在神经受损情况如下唇、颏部麻木；
②下颌第三磨牙与第二磨牙牙根密切接触，导致第二磨牙牙根严重吸收；
③患者存在基础疾病不耐受阻生牙拔除术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nerve had damaged such as numbness of the lips and chin;
2. The third molar of the mandible is in close contact with the root of the second molar, resulting in serious absorption of the second molar root;
3. The patient has a basic disease that is intolerant to impacted tooth extraction.
