研究目的：

结直肠癌的早期预警系统以肠道微生态组学研究为基础，提高结直肠癌早期筛查水平，为结直肠癌高危人群提供早期预警。  

Objectives of Study：

A new diagnostic evaluation system was established basing on the study of intestinal microecoomics.It provides the basis for breaking the existing diagnostic evaluation system and realizing the accurate diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理确诊为结直肠癌的患者；
（2）病理确诊为肠息肉患者；
（3）健康志愿者；
（4）本人或其代理人签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Patients diagnosed with colon cancer by transintestinal biopsy and pathology;
（2）Patients confirmed by intestinal polyp by transintestinal biopsy and pathology;
（3）healthy volunteers
（4）The self or his agent is signing the informed consent.

排除标准：

⑴合并有其他恶性肿瘤；⑵合并有严重心肺疾病；⑶患者入院前3个月有抗生素、激素或肠道菌群制剂使用史；⑷严重腹泻或便秘的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with other malignant tumors;
(2)The patient has severe heart and lung disease;
(3)The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission
(4) Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
