研究目的：

通过基于多维度早期识别评估体系的队列追踪研究，研究老年冠心病的早期识别指标、研发识别技术；通过对指标的特征提取、机器学习和特征匹配，探索大数据分析与中医非定量症候的层级处理技术，探索不同类型健康数据的集成互通、平台的高效运行与数据共享机制，建立老年冠心病早期识别、预警体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify early clinical indicators in elderly coronary artery disease patients in a multi-dimensional way through restrospective observational study. After extracting clinical characteristics and indicators, we will subject them to machine learning analysis and further explore non-quantative data processing techniques. A dataset platform will be constructed to develop a pre-warning system for possible adverse events in elderly coronary artery disease population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≧60岁；
（2）经冠状动脉造影或冠状动脉CT证实单支或多支冠状动脉狭窄≧50%，或有心肌梗死病史，或冠状动脉介入术/冠状动脉搭桥术后1月病情较稳定者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≧ 18 years;
(2) Patients with over 50% stenosis in single or multiple coronary arteries confirmed by coronary angiography or coronary computed tomography; or patients with a history of myocardial infarction; or patients who have undergone PCI/CABG and been stable for at least a month.

排除标准：

（1）患有重大精神疾患及认知功能显著缺陷者；
（2）合并肿瘤等其他重大慢病，处于终末期维持治疗阶段者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious mental diseases and impaired cognitive function;
(2) Patients in end stage of serious chronic disease with evident poor life expectancy.
