研究目的：

评价点阵激光+复方倍他米松注射液/曲安奈德注射液+NB-UVB、倍他米松乳膏+NB-UVB治疗肢端型白癜风的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess efficacy and safety of lattice Laser + compound betamethasone injection versus triamcinolone acetonide injection + NB-UVB versus betamethasone cream + NB-UVB in the treatment of treatment of acral vitiligo.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄14-65岁的住院或门诊患者，性别不限；
（2）经临床确诊符合上述诊断标准的原发性肢端型或散发型中有肢端白斑的患者，或皮损对称分布于骶尾、髂部等隆突部位；
（3）受试者自愿参加，需签署知情同意书；
（4）不论全身有无白斑，双手背或隆突部位（如骶部、髂骨突隆）需有白斑且基本对称，两侧至少有1片大于1cm;
（5）所有病例必须为进展期患者；
（6）不论其以往治疗，可在原治疗基础上继续进行该自身对照研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 14-65 years old, inpatient or outpatient, male or female;
(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of clinically diagnosed primary acral or sporadic in patients with acromegaly leukoplakia, or skin lesions symmetrically distributed in the sacral iliac carina parts;
(3) subjects volunteered to participate, be required to sign an informed consent form;
(4) whether or not the body with or without white spots, hands back or carina parts (such as sacral iliac sudden Long) needs with white markings and basic symmetrical on both sides at least there is a greater than 1cm;
(5) All cases must for the progress of patients;
(6) regardless of previous treatment.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
（2）严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；
（3）有癌前期皮肤损害者；
（4）系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、皮肌炎等有紫外线治疗禁忌证者；
（5）伴有免疫抑制剂治疗者；
（6）手部有感染、或以往治疗致皮肤有损伤、或治疗后未明显好转；
（7）继发性白癜风（如继发于盘状红斑狼疮、慢性湿疹等的白癜风）；
（8）不能坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant and lactating women;
(2) serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency;
(3) pre-cancerous skin lesions;
(4), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), dermatomyositis ultraviolet treatment contraindications;
(5) with immunosuppressive therapy;
(6) hand infection or past treatment caused skin damage is not significant improvement or treatment;
(7) secondary vitiligo (secondary to discoid lupus erythematosus, chronic eczema, vitiligo);
(8) can not adhere to treatment.
