研究目的：

比较不同治疗和护肤组合对于轻度和中重度特应性皮炎稳定期的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of different combination treatment and skin care for mild, and moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in the stabilization period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合Williams诊断标准，并用SCORAD评分在50分以下的轻度（<25）到中度(25-50)或中度偏重度（50-70）的特应性皮炎；
（2）年龄2-70岁，男女均可；
（3）当特应性皮炎复发时可以在2天内到医院复诊；
（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet Williams diagnostic criteria, and with SCORAD score in 50 minutes or less, mild (<25) to moderate (25-50) or moderate the emphasis degrees (50-70), atopic dermatitis;
(2) the age of 2-70 years of age, both men and women;
(3) referral to the hospital when atopic dermatitis recurrence within 2 days;
(4) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）已知对研究药物或其成分过敏者；
（2）特应性皮炎皮损区域有严重的皮肤感染；
（3）严重肝肾疾病、血液系统疾病、自身免疫病、慢性严重感染、糖尿病、精神病、吸毒和酗酒者等；
（4）恶性肿瘤或其他可能影响正确评估疗效的严重疾病者；
（5）局部用皮质类固醇或其它免疫抑制剂停药时间小于1周；系统用皮质类固醇及其它免疫抑制剂（雷公藤等）停药时间小于2周；
（6）1个月内参加过其他临床研究；
（7）研究者认为不宜入选的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a known allergy to the study drug or its ingredients;
(2) atopic dermatitis lesions region have serious infections of the skin;
(3) severe liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic severe infections, diabetes, mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse, etc.;
(4) malignancy or other serious diseases that may affect the right to assess the efficacy;
(5) topical corticosteroids or other immunosuppressant withdrawal time of less than one week; system with corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents (triptolide) withdrawal time of less than two weeks;
(6) a month to participate in other clinical studies;
(7) The researchers recogniz the person who not eligible for inclusion.
