研究目的：

与安慰剂比较，评价利多卡因静脉封闭治疗14-65岁成人重度特应性皮炎发作期的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare efficacy and safety of lidocaine treatment versus placebo in the treatment of 14-65 year-old adults with severe atopic dermatitis exacerbation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在14周岁至65周岁，男女不限
（2）根据Hanifin和Rajka诊断标准诊断为特应性皮炎；
（3）SCORAD客观评分在40分以上的重度特应性皮炎；
（4）研究者总体评分（IGA）≥ 4分；
（5）常规治疗（外用中强效糖皮质激素或免疫调节剂等）不能有效控制病情；
（6）生命体征稳定；
（7）已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)The age of 14 to 65 years old, male or female;
(2)according to Hanifin and Rajka diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of atopic dermatitis;
(3)SCORAD objective score 40 points or more, severe atopic dermatitis;
(4)researchers overall score (IGA) ≥ 4 points;
(5)conventional therapy (topical strong effect of glucocorticoid hormones or immune regulation, etc.) can not effectively control the disease;
(6)stable vital signs;
(7)have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）已知对利多卡因或其它局麻药过敏者；
（2）肝、肾功能异常：AST、ALT或血清肌酐值大于正常值上限；
（3）严重心脏疾病者（如房室传导阻滞或严重心动过缓等）；
（4）癫痫病史者；
（5）3个月内使用过光疗、系统性糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂（如环孢菌素、硫唑嘌呤或免疫球蛋白等）治疗者，同时参加其他临床研究者；
（6）恶性肿瘤或其它慢性感染者；
（7）根据研究者判断，受试者不可信或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who are allergic to lidocaine or other local anesthetics;
(2) abnormal liver and kidney function: AST, ALT, or serum creatinine values ??greater than the upper limit of normal;
(3) severe heart disease (such as atrioventricular block or severe bradycardia);
(4) history of epilepsy;
(5) phototherapy, systemic sugar corticosteroids or immunosuppressants (such as cyclosporine, azathioprine, or immunoglobulin) treatment within 3 months, and at the same time, participate in other clinical researchers;
(6) malignancy or other chronic infected person;
(7) the subjects to be judged unbeleivable or will be poor comliance.
