研究目的：

评价温热治疗扁平疣相比传统的液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compared the liquid nitrogen frozen, evaluation of efficacy and safety of hyperthermia for flat wart.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在16-65岁，男女不限；
（2）临床确诊为扁平疣；
（3）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the age of 16-65 years old, male or female;
(2) clinical diagnosis of flat warts;
(3) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）3个月内经过局部或系统治疗的患者；
（2）HIV感染者；
（3）皮损部位合并其他感染者；
（4）合并特应性皮炎等严重过敏性疾病；
（5）合并其他严重内脏器官疾病者；
（6）同时参加其他临床试验者或者正在进行扁平疣药物治疗者；
（7）根据研究者判断，监护者不可信或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients local or systemic treatmentlocal or systemic treatment within 3 months;
(2) HIV-infected;
(3) the lesional skin combined with other infected;
(4) Consolidated atopic dermatitis and other serious allergic diseases;
(5) associated with other serious internal organs diseases;
(6) At the same time participate in other clinical trials by or ongoing flat warts medication by;
(7) to judge according to the researchers, the guardian can not be trusted or poor compliance.
