研究目的：

本研究通过与目前已有的参考系如后髁线，外旋3度的后髁线，及解剖通髁线比较来验证我们新发现的参考系。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we compared with the existing reference lines such as the posterior condyle line, the posterior condyle line with 3 degrees of external rotation and the anatomic intercondylar line to verify our newly found reference line.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者骨关节炎，需要行全膝关节置换术的患者；正常无膝关节疾病的志愿者；

Inclusion criteria

patients waiting for the total knee arthroplasty; normal volunteers without knee diseaase.

排除标准：

1、严重的内外翻畸形（>150）；2、炎性关节炎；3、创伤后或化脓性关节炎；4、滑车发育不良。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe varus deformity (> 150); 2. Inflammatory arthritis; 3. Post-traumatic or suppurative arthritis; 4. Trochlear dysplasia.
