研究目的：

本研究旨在通过医院病案管理系统收集符合标准的1000例冠心病心绞痛患者病例信息，通过回顾性分析，探讨高胆固醇血症与冠心病心绞痛冠状动脉狭窄的关系，并进一步研究高血压对总胆固醇水平与冠状动脉严重程度之间的影响，为临床防治提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to collect information about 1000 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris through the hospital medical record management system. Through retrospective analysis, to explore the relationship between hypercholesterolemia and coronary artery angina pectoris stenosis, and further study the effect of hypertension on total cholesterol levels and coronary artery severity, to provide guidance for clinical prevention and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄35-75岁之间，性别不限；
②入院时间为2014年9月1日-2019年9月1日；
③心血管内科住院部行冠状动脉造影的冠心病心绞痛患者；
④心内科住院部的冠心病心绞痛患者，冠心病心绞痛、高胆固醇血症、高血压诊断符合诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged between 35-75 years old;
2. Patients admitted from September 1, 2014 to September 1, 2019;
3. Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who underwent coronary angiography in the inpatient department of cardiovascular medicine;
4. The diagnosis of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, hypercholesterolemia and hypertension in the inpatient department of Cardiology met the diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

①合并其他心脏疾病、神经官能症、更年期综合征、甲状腺功能亢进、脊髓型或椎动脉型颈椎病、胃-食管返流病或食道裂孔疝等可能引起胸痛的疾病；
②患有急性心肌梗塞、心力衰竭三度、心肌炎、心肌病、严重心脏瓣膜病变，感染性或系统性炎症疾病；肝功能衰竭或肾功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤以及严重代谢性疾病等重大疾病者；
③孕妇、哺乳期妇女或有生育要求的育龄妇女；
④精神病患者，或认知功能障碍；
⑤碘造影剂过敏者；
⑥研究者认为存在不适合参加该研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other heart diseases, neurosis, climacteric syndrome, hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis of spinal cord or vertebral artery type, gastroesophageal reflux disease or esophageal hiatal hernia that may cause chest pain;
2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction, third degree of heart failure, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, severe heart valve disease, infectious or systemic inflammatory diseases; patients with major diseases such as liver failure or renal failure, malignant tumor and serious metabolic diseases;
3. Pregnant women, lactating women or women of childbearing age with childbearing requirements;
4. Patients with psychosis or cognitive impairment;
5. Patients with iodine contrast agent allergy;
6. The researcher thinks there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participating in the study.
