研究目的：

通过前瞻性、随机对照、非劣效研究，明确浅低温在主动脉弓部手术脏器保护的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the feasibility of midl hypothermia in the protection organs in aortic arch surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18≤年龄≤ 80 岁；
2）Stanford A型主动脉夹层或弓部动脉瘤；
3）无主动脉瓣病变及心包压塞；
4）无神经系统疾病；
5）全腹CT或腹部B超明确无脏器损害；
6）首次行心脏手术病人；
7）无先天性心脏病史；
8）依从性好，能够配合完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18≤age≤80 years old;
2) Stanford type A aortic dissection or arch aneurysm;
3) No aortic valve disease and pericardial tamponade;
4) No neurological diseases;
5) Full-abdominal CT or abdominal ultrasonography without organ injury;
6) Patients undergoing cardiac surgery for the first time;
7) No history of congenital heart disease;
8) Good compliance and can cooperate to complete follow-up.

排除标准：

1）不符合入选标准者；
2）二次或多次心脏手术史；
3）心脏手术的同时伴有其他身体部位手术；
4）肝肾功能损害（检测结果超出正常值上限的3 倍）、有手术禁忌症者；
5）患有其它疾病需要放疗、化疗、长期激素治疗者；
6）已参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2) Second or multiple heart surgery history;
3) Heart surgery is accompanied by surgery on other body parts;
4) Liver and kidney function damage (the test result exceeds 3 times the upper limit of the normal value), those with contraindications for surgery;
5) Those with other diseases who need radiotherapy, chemotherapy, long-term hormone therapy;
6) Has participated in other clinical trials.
