研究目的：

建立无创脑水肿动态监护仪多模态监测指导下的脑出血诊疗新体系以及临床操作规范，并推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

A new system of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage under the guidance of multi-mode monitoring of non-invasive brain edema dynamic monitor and its clinical operation standard were established and popularized.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

受试对象为符合纳入标准的脑出血患者，按照随机对照原则分为对照组、试验A组（同时使用有创颅内压监测和无创脑水肿动态监测）、试验B组（无创脑水肿动态监测），对照组不行任何干预措施，常规治疗；试验组在病情实时监测下指导治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The subjects were patients with cerebral hemorrhage meeting the inclusion criteria, and were divided into control group A (using both invasive intracranial pressure monitoring and non-invasive brain edema dynamic monitoring) and control group B (non-invasive brain edema dynamic monitoring) according to the principle of randomized control. The control group did not take any intervention measures and received conventional treatment.The treatment group was guided by real-time monitoring of the disease. 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄≥18 岁,性别不限；
②CT/MRI 明确诊断为幕上急性出血性脑卒中；
③发病到入组时间≤8 小时；
④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was 18 years old, regardless of gender.2.CT/MRI confirmed acute supratentorial hemorrhagic stroke;3.The time from onset to enrollment was 8 hours.4.Sign informed Consent

排除标准：

①年龄<18 岁；
②入院后 GCS 3 分，双侧瞳孔散大固定、无自主呼吸；
③妊娠、哺乳期患者；
④严重的心、肺、肝肾功能不全患者；
⑤脑外伤、动脉瘤、血管畸形、肿瘤、凝血功能障碍所致的脑出血；
⑥研究者认为不适宜参加临床试验的患者；
⑦拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age & lt;18 years old; 2.After admission, GCS was 3 points, bilateral pupil dilation and fixation, without spontaneous respiration; 3. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.Cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain trauma, aneurysms, vascular malformations, tumors, and coagulation disorders; 6.Patients whom the researchers consider inappropriate to participate in a clinical trial; 7.Refusal to sign informed consent.
