Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of Spyglass-guided biopsy and biliary tract brushing in the differential diagnosis of bile duct benign and malignant strictures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18岁以上，80岁以下
2. 临床诊断胆管狭窄
3. 无ERCP禁忌证
4. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old
2. Patients with the clinical diagnosis of biliary stricture
3. Patients with no ERCP contraindications
4. Patients who agreed to sign informed consent

排除标准：

妊娠和哺乳期患者
