研究目的：

从蛋白和代谢组学层面阐述肉毒毒素缓解脑瘫患儿肢体痉挛的作用机制；利用GO（Gene Ontology)功能注释和KEGG（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes）通路富集从参与生物过程（Biological Process）、分子功能（Molecular Function）、细胞成分（Cellular Component）三个层面筛选肉毒毒素缓解脑瘫痉挛的相关信号通路，并探讨其交互作用的分子机制；探究肉毒毒素在个体之间疗效差异的内在原因  

Objectives of Study：

Describe the mechanism of botulinum toxin to relieve spasticity in children with cerebral palsy from the protein and metabolomics level; use GO (Gene Ontology) functional annotation and KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) pathway enrichment to participate in biological processes, Molecular Function (Molecular Function), Cellular Component (Cellular Component) three levels of screening of botulinum toxin to relieve cerebral palsy spasm related signaling pathways, and to explore the molecular mechanism of its interaction; explore the internal effects of botulinum toxin between individuals the reason

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合痉挛型脑瘫的诊断和分类标准；
②年龄2-10岁
③手及下肢痉挛显著、GMFCSⅠ-Ⅲ级、MAS评分至少大于2级
④家长能够配合研究并签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the criteria of diagnosis and classification of spastic cerebral palsy;
2. Patients aged 2-10 years;
3. Patients with significant spasm of hand and lower extremity, GMFCS level I-III, MAS score at least greater than level 2;
4. Parents can cooperate with the research and sign the consent.

排除标准：

①患有与脑瘫不相关的其它疾病，未控制的癫痫发作；
②患者上下肢有固定挛缩或畸形，在本研究之前接受过或在研究期间内准备接受骨科手术等治疗；
③在本研究前6个月内曾接受过肉毒毒素治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other diseases unrelated to cerebral palsy and uncontrolled seizures;
2. The patients had fixed contracture or deformity in the upper and lower limbs, and they had received orthopedic operation before the study or prepared to receive orthopedic operation during the study;
3. patients who had been treated with botulinum toxin within the first 6 months of this study.
