研究目的：

完善优化儿童结肠镜检查围手术期肠道准备流程、方案  

Objectives of Study：

Improve and optimize the procedures and protocols of bowel preparation during perioperative period of colonoscopy in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄1～18周岁接受结肠镜检查的患儿；
（2）临床资料齐全，包括结肠镜清晰图片资料等；
（3）经患儿家长知情同意并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 1-18 years who received colonoscopy;
2. Children with complete clinical data, including clear picture data of colonoscopy, etc;
3. The informed consent was signed by the parents of the children.

排除标准：

（1）患有心肺疾病或其他严重基础疾病；
（2）肠道炎症性疾病急性活动期；
（3）黑斑息肉综合征（PJS）；
（4）出凝血功能障碍，有出血倾向者；
（5）严重脊柱畸形者；
（6）依从性差者；
（7）正参加其它临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者；
（8）临床研究员认为不适宜参加临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease or other serious basic diseases;
2. Patients with acute active intestinal inflammatory disease;
3. Patients with Peja syndrome (PJs);
4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency;
5. Patients with severe spinal deformity;
6. Patients with poor compliance;
7. Patients who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days;
8. Patients who are not suitable for clinical study according to clinical researchers.
