仅按照疾病严重程度分层随机抽样400人：对所有2020年1月-4月因新冠病毒肺炎在金银潭医院住院的患者分配随机数字，采用随机抽样方法抽取400名患者进行随访

中日友好医院临床医学研究所（学术研究组织，ARO）将负责本研究的数据管理，包括数据质量检查。将使用eCRF、通过EDC收集人工录入的数据。我们研究机构的工作人员负责将数据录入EDC系统。若数据有异议，ARO将要求研究中心澄清数据，研究中心将在EDC系统中用电子媒介解决。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The Institute of Clinical Medicine of China-Japan Friendship Hospital (Academic Research Organization, ARO) will be responsible for the data management of this study, including data quality inspection.Manual input data will be collected using eCRF via EDC.Staff in our research institution are responsible for the data entry into the EDC system.If there is a discrepancy in the data, ARO will ask the Research center to clarify the data, which will be resolved electronically in the EDC system.
