研究目的：

1.1 本研究采用前瞻性对照研究，探讨单侧经椎弓根外入路PVP治疗胸腰段OVCF的安全性及有效性。 1.2 本研究分析滑动穿刺在椎弓根外穿刺中的应用技巧分析。 1.3 基于上述研究，探索一种新的PVP穿刺方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 in this study, a prospective control study was conducted to investigate the safety and efficacy of PVP in the treatment of thoracolumbar OVCF. 1.2 this study analyzes the application skills of sliding puncture in extrapedicle puncture. 1.3 based on the above research, a new method of PVP puncture was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在60岁以上的女性和男性患者出现急性椎体压缩性骨折，导致严重的背痛和日常活动的功能受限；
（2）疼痛超过4（10分），用视觉模拟量表（VAS）测量；
（3）骨折是T9-L3最常见的骨折部位；
（4）术前MRI显示胸腰段新鲜压缩性骨折。

Inclusion criteria

(1) female and male patients aged over 60 years with an acute vertebral compression fracture causing severe back pain and functional limitations of their daily activities;
(2) pain more than 4 (of 10), measured on Visual Analogue Scale (VAS);
(3) the fracture was the most common fracture site located at T9-L3;
(4) Pre-operative MRI showed fresh compression fractures of the thoracolumbar region.

排除标准：

(1) 脊柱结核和脊柱感染；
(2) 合并心功能不全等综合情况较差不能耐受手术及精神疾病不能接受PVP手术。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) spinal tuberculosis and spinal infection;
(2) poor general conditions such as cardiac insufficiency, intolerable surgery, and mental disease cannot accept PVP surgery.
