研究目的：

本研究通过开发健康管理APP，为妇科癌症患者提供相关知识、疾病不确定性管理、情绪照护和社会支持。探讨健康管理APP项目对妇科癌症化疗患者的疾病不确定性、症状困扰、生活质量和社会支持的影响，为今后的妇科癌症患者的健康管理提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A new mobile health management application, called Gynecological Cancer Online-based Support (GOS) Program, will be developed in China to provide scientific cancer-related information and symptom management for patients with gynecological cancer undergoing chemotherapy, as well as support of society and emotion.The aim of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of the GOS program for Chinese patients with gynecological cancer undergoing chemotherapy in term of reducing illness uncertainty and symptom distress, and improving QoL and social support.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年满18岁；
（2）初次诊断为妇科癌症（包括宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌）；
（3）患者将要开始化疗；
（4）能够在家中使用手机 (安卓或苹果)上网；
（5）可以电话和电子邮件地址进行随访；
（6）可以完成自我报告问卷；
（7）能够听说读写普通话。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old;
2. Patients with gynecological cancer diagnosed for the first time (including cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer);
3. Patients will start chemotherapy;
4. Patients who can use mobile phones (Android or apple) to access the Internet at home;
5. Patients who can be followed up by phone and email address;
6. Patients who can complete the self-report questionnaire;
7. Patients who can hear, read and write Mandarin.

排除标准：

（1）被诊断患有其他癌症；
（2）患有重大身体疾病；
（3）有慢性精神健康问题；
（4）对保护性告知的患者，即对癌症诊断不知情的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with other cancers;
2. Patients with major physical diseases;
3. Patients with chronic mental health problems;
4. Patients who are informed of the protection, that is, patients who are not aware of the diagnosis of cancer.

对陆续就医的患者进行区组随机化（block randomization），研究人员取区组长度（block size）为 4。每名患者都有可能分配到常规照护组（Control，C）或干预组（Intervention，I），每个区组4名患者的分配方案有6种（1-IICC，2-ICIC，3-ICCI，4-CIIC，5-CICI和6-CCII）。研究人员将使用Research Randomizer软件生成7套数字序列，每套序列包含六个随机排列的数字从1至6[112]。按照生成的数字输入代码，例如数字1代表输入 IICC。用此方法将168（7*6*4=168）患者随机分组。
