分析在临床应用中，健侧颈七移位术治疗中枢性偏瘫的恢复效果和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

The safety and effectiveness of the contralateral cervical seventh nerve transfer for spastic arm paralysis in a real-world setting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 有完整病历资料的慢性脑损伤，被诊断为一侧痉挛性偏瘫，主要表现为痉挛和上肢功能障碍，病程1年以上； 2. 在治疗前及接受治疗后各有一次上肢Fugl-Meyer评分数据。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with documented history of chronic cerebral injury and diagnosed as unlateral spastic paralysis, manifesting mainly as spasticity and disability of upper limb for at least 1 year; 2. Paitents with assessments of upper extremity Fugl-Meyer scale at baseline and during following treatments after first assessments.

排除标准：

1. 基线数据不完整，或缺少随访数据； 2. 非一侧偏瘫，而是多个肢体功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete data of basic characteristics or follow-up data; 2. Patients with treplegia or tetraplegia.
