研究目的：

虚拟手术计划用于髁突骨折诊治的临床研究  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the application value of Virtual Surgical Planning in the surgical management of mandibular condylar fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经临床检查及CT等辅助检查明确诊断为下颌髁突骨折；
（2）具有手术治疗的指征且自主选择手术治疗方案；
（3）无手术禁忌证；
（4）手术区域以往无手术治疗史；
（5）术前无面神经损伤；
（6）知情同意参加本课题研究方案；
（7）资料齐全，随访3个月及以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Condylar fracture diagnosed by clinical examination, CT and other auxiliary examinations;
(2) Surgical treatment was indicated;
(3) No surgical contraindications;
(4) No previous surgical history in the condylar regions;
(5) No facial nerve injury before operations;
(6) Informed consent for the participation in the research;
(7) Complete clinical data and has follow-up with at least three month.

排除标准：

（1）无移位或轻度移位的髁突骨折；
（2）患者拒绝手术治疗；
（3）失访或随访时间不足3个月。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Simple linear fracture without displacement or slight displacement;
(2) Patients who denied surgical treatment;
(3) loss of follow-up or less than 3 months.
