研究目的：

探究氨甲环酸(TXA)减少脊柱退行性疾病手术患者围术期出血量的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and safety of tranexamic acid (TXA) in reducing perioperative bleeding in patients with spinal degenerative diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄＞40岁，性别不限，ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级；
② 能正常交流，愿意配合调查并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged > 40 years, no limit on the gender, ASA class I or II;
2.Willing to cooperate with the investigation and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 阿片类药物、TXA 过敏史；
② 口服抗凝或抗血小板药物；
③ 凝血功能障碍；
④ 蛛网膜下隙出血的患者；
⑤ 术前存在静脉血栓的患者；
⑥ 合并重要器官合并症的患者；
⑦ 色盲或获得性视力障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with allergy history of allergy to opioids or TXA;
2. Oral anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs;
3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction;
4. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage;
5. Patients with preoperative venous thrombosis;
6. Patients with complications of important organs;
7. Patients with color blindness or acquired visual impairment.
