Objectives of Study：

To investigate the long-term outcomes after Superficial temporal artery (STA)—middle cerebral artery (MCA) bypass and extracranial-intracranial (EC-IC) bypass in patients with moyamoya disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

烟雾病病人脑动脉造影标准：TICA和/或ACA 起始段和/或MCA 起始段严重狭窄或闭塞；动脉期在闭塞动脉周围有异常血管网；上述病变为双侧（如果是儿童一侧符合、另一侧严重狭窄也可确诊）。

Inclusion criteria

Cerebral digital subtraction contrast angiography (DSA) that revealed severe stenosis or occlusion of the distal internal carotid or proximal middle and anterior cerebral arteries with prominent lenticulostriate “moyamoya collaterals”.

排除标准：

拒绝或排除的病人标准：符合上述三条，除外以下疾病：动脉粥样硬化、自身免疫性疾病、脑膜炎、脑肿瘤、唐氏综合症、颅外伤、放射线头部照射等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients complicated with arteriosclerosis, auto-immune diseases, brain tumor, head injury, post-irradiation, von Recklinghausen's disease, Down's syndrome, etc.
