研究目的：

了解中国儿童中结直肠息肉的患病情况、临床及内镜特征，探究发病相关危险因素并提出预防方法；初步建立基于机器学习的内镜下息肉性质智能识别系统；完善优化儿童结肠镜检查围手术期管理及肠道准备流程及内镜下结直肠息肉切除术的标准化诊治流程。探索遗传性结直肠息肉病的风险因素及发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the prevalence, clinical and endoscopic features of colorectal polyps in Chinese children, to explore the risk factors associated with the disease and propose preventive measures. To establish initially an intelligent recognition system for endoscopic polyps based on machine learning. To improve and optimize the perioperative management and intestinal preparation of children undergoing colonoscopy and the standardized diagnosis and treatment of endoscopic colorectal polyps. To explore the risk factors and pathogenesis of hereditary colorectal polyps.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄0～18周岁接受结肠镜检查的患儿；
（2）临床资料齐全，包括结肠镜清晰图片资料、息肉组织病理学等；
（3）经患儿家长知情同意并签署知情同意书（包括结肠镜检查知情同意书、活检组织知情同意书以及经内镜息肉电切术知情同意书）

Inclusion criteria

(1) pediatrics aged between 0 and 18 who underwent colonoscopy;
(2) complete clinical data, including clear images of colonoscopy and histopathology of polyps;
(3) Informed consent form (including informed consent for colonoscopy, informed consent for biopsy and informed consent for endoscopic polyp resection) was signed with the informed consent of the children's parents.

排除标准：

（1）患有心肺疾病或其他严重基础疾病；
（2）肠道炎症性疾病急性活动期；
（3）黑斑息肉综合征（PJS）；
（4）出凝血功能障碍，有出血倾向者；
（5）严重脊柱畸形者；
（6）依从性差者；
（7）正参加其它临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者；
（8）临床研究员认为不适宜参加临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having heart and lung disease or other serious underlying disease;
(2) acute active stage of inflammatory bowel disease;
(3) Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS);
(4) patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency;
(5) severe spinal deformity;
(6) poor compliance;
(7) those who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days;
(8) the clinical researcher considers it inappropriate to join the clinical researcher.
