研究目的：

本项研究旨在以调查问卷形式进一步扩大样本量证实口面部三角区色素沉着与大肠息肉的相关性， 为临床医师在临床工作中判断患者是否有行结肠镜检查的必要性提供理论依据，为大肠息肉的早期诊断提供帮助， 从中医角度分析口面部三角区色素沉着与大肠息肉的关系，进一步完善筛查大肠息肉患者的判定标准。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further expanded in the form of questionnaire sample confirmed mouth triangle face pigmentation and the correlation of colon polyps, for clinical physicians determine whether patients in the clinical work with line provides the theory basis for the necessity of colonoscopy, provide help for the early diagnosis of colon polyps, from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine mouth facial pigmentation triangle relations with colon polyps, to further improve the judgement standard of screening for colon polyp patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： ①行电子肠镜检查的患者； ②年龄≥18 岁； ③意识清楚，能够配合采集临床资料； ④愿意接受本次调查； ⑤有肠镜检查适应证。

Inclusion criteria

The patients recruitment inclusion criteria are ①patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy, ②age ≥18 years, ③clear consciousness, being able to cooperate with the collection of clinical data, ④willing to accept the investigation, and ⑤there are indications for colonoscopy.

排除标准：

排除标准： ①年龄＜18岁； ②有精神疾病症状； ③依从性差； ④拒绝参与电子结肠镜检查； ⑤结肠癌患者； ⑥有电子结肠镜检查禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

the exclusion criteria are ①age<18, ②symptoms of mental illness, ③poor compliance, ④refusal to participate in the electronic colonoscopy, and ⑤electronic colonoscopy contraindications.
