研究目的：

我们研究的目的是评估接受消化外科手术的新生儿术中体温过低与术后AKI的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of our study was to evaluate the association between intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative AKI in neonates undergoing digestive surgeries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

我们回顾了从2018年6月31日至2020年4月30日接受消化外科手术的新生儿。根据术中平均温度将新生儿分为常温组（36.0至37.5°C），亚低温组（≥35和<36.0°C）和严重体温过低（<35°C）组。 主要结果是AKI的发生率。 次要结果包括医院死亡率，手术中失血量，体温过低和PLOS的持续时间。 检查各组与术后AKI之间的关联。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A retrospective chart review was conducted for neonates who underwent digestive surgery from June 31, 2018 to April 30, 2020. The neonates were divided into the normothermia group (36.0 to 37.5°C), mild hypothermia group (≥ 35 and < 36.0°C), and severe hypothermia group (< 35°C) according to the mean intraoperative temperature. The primary outcomes were the incidence of AKI. The secondary outcomes included hospital mortality, blood loss during surgery, the length of hypothermia and PLOS. The association between each group and postoperative AKI was examined.  

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1.≤28天的新生儿接受开腹手术； 2.分别在手术前后48h至少记录两个肌酐值。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with the age ≤ 28 days who were underwent open abdominal surgery; 2. A minimum of two documented creatinine values before and after surgical procedures with 48h, respectively.

排除标准：

排除标准：1.腹腔镜手术； 2.从腹腔镜手术转变为开放手术； 3.缺乏温度文件； 4.先天性泌尿系统异常，且先前诊断为AKI或需要在手术前进行肾脏替代治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic surgery; 2. Conversion from laparoscopic surgery to open surgeries; 3. Lacking documentation of temperature; 4. Patients with congenital urinary abnormalities, and previous diagnosis of AKI or need of renal replacement therapy before surgery.
