研究目的：

筛选并鉴定出2-5个有潜在临床诊断价值的股骨头坏死外周血代谢性分子标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Screened and identified 2-5 metabolic molecular markers for peripheral blood necrosis of femoral head with potential clinical diagnostic value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.接受过或正在接受皮质激素治疗；
b.超过 5 年的饮酒史；
c.进行性髋关节疼痛， 站立或行走时加重或伴有髋关节活动受限；
d.影像学检查：X 片显示和 CT 示广泛的骨质疏松，有骨硬化或 囊性变，或股骨头塌陷，有新月征，关节间隙正常或变窄。MRI 检查，T1 加权股骨头负重区显示线样低信 号，或新月形边界清楚的不均匀信号或带状低信号；T2 加权呈高信号，或与周围不均匀稍低信号环绕构成 的双线征，或股骨头塌陷变形，髋臼硬化、囊性变及边缘骨赘。
诊断标准：符合 a、c、d 为激素性股骨头 坏死；符合 b、c、d 为酒精性股骨头坏死。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have received or are receiving corticosteroid treatment;
2. Drinking history of more than 5 years;
3. Progressive hip pain, worsening when standing or walking or accompanied by limited hip movement;
4. Imaging examination: X film The display and CT showed extensive osteoporosis with osteosclerosis or cystic changes, or femoral head collapse, crescent sign, and normal or narrow joint space. MRI examination shows that the T1-weighted femoral head weight-bearing area shows a line-like low signal, or a crescent-shaped uneven signal or band-shaped low signal with a clear boundary; T2 weighted shows a high signal, or a double line formed with a slightly lower signal surrounding the uneven Sign, or collapse and deformation of the femoral head, acetabular sclerosis, cystic changes, and marginal osteophyte.
Diagnostic criteria: meet with item 1, 3, and 4 is hormonal femoral head necrosis; meet item 2, 3, and 4 is alcoholic femoral head necrosis.

排除标准：

病例组的排除标准：
发病前有股骨颈骨折或髋关节脱位病史； 患风湿、类风湿、骨性关节炎等血清阴性关节病史；从事潜水、航空职业者；有明显的家族性遗传病。
对照组纳入标准：
随机选择年龄、性别、种族和居住地与病例相匹配的健康体检人员；无髋关节疼痛病史和关节功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

The case group:
History of femoral neck fracture or hip dislocation before onset; history of seronegative arthritis such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis; persons engaged in diving and aviation; and obvious familial genetic diseases.
The control group:
Select healthy medical personnel whose age, gender, race, and place of residence matched the cases; those with no history of hip pain and joint dysfunction.
