研究目的：

评价组织工程皮肤（商品名：安体肤）治疗糖尿病足（修复期）的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the safety and effecacy of tissue engineering skin in the treatment diabetic foot (the repair period).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁；
2.自愿参加临床试验，并签署知情同意书；
3.糖尿病足（修复期）（参照Wagner诊断标准）；
4.血糖控制良好（静脉空腹血糖8mmol/L以内）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18~75 years;2. To be attend the trial voluntary and signed the informed consent;3. Who with the diabetic foot (the repair period);4. The blood sugar to be controlled well (fast blood sugar level should be lower that 8 mmol/L).

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.创面有瘘管、窦道、感染；
3.肝功（ALT、AST）为正常值上限的2倍以上；
4.肾功（Cr）异常；
5.严重的心、脑血管疾病；
6.营养不良（低蛋白血症等）；
7.血液系统疾病；
8.免疫系统疾病；
9.严重皮肤病；
10.恶性肿瘤；
11.三个月以内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or lactation woman;
2. The wound area to be with fistula, or infection;
3. ALT and AST volues higner two folders than normal level;
4. To be abnormal on renal function (Cr);
5. To be with severe cardiovascular or cerebral vascular disease;
6. To be with malnutrition such as Hypoproteinemia, etc.;
7. To be with blood system disease;
8. To be with immune system disease;
9. To be with severe skin disease;
10. To be with tumour;
11. To be attended other clinical trial with past three monthes.
