Objectives of Study：

To determine the therapeutic strategy that gives the best therapeutic benefits for patients with Boerhaave Syndrome.

纳入标准：

1. 通过影像学、诊断性胸穿、消化道造影或胃镜检查明确诊断的自发性食管破裂；
2. 治疗方式为：手术修补、手术切除食管、支架和单纯引流；
3. 临床病例资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with spontaneous esophageal rupture diagnosed by imaging, diagnostic thoracotomy, gastrointestinal radiography or gastroscopy;
2. The methods of treatment were surgical repair, resection of esophagus, stent and simple drainage;
3. Patients with complete clinical data.
