以原发性高血压伴低维生素D水平人群为研究对象，评价补充维生素D治疗高血压病的效果，以寻求新的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of supplemental of vitamin D in patients with primary hypertension and vitamin D deficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

维生素D 钙片 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2005年中国高血压防治指南诊断标准一级和二级高血压患者；血25（OH）D水平＜50 nmol/L（20 ng/ml）。

Inclusion criteria

1 Stage 1 or 2 hypertension according to the Chinese diagnosis standard of prevention and treatment of hypertension (2005 version) .2 Serum 25(OH)D ＜50 nmol/l.

排除标准：

除外继发性高血压、严重肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary hypertension or severe liver or kidney dysfunction.
