观察补充维生素A（VA）和维生素D（VD）对婴幼儿卡介苗补种效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

determine whether VA combined VD supplementation can influence the immune response to BCG revaccines in Chinese infants.

纳入标准：

卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物试验（BCG-PPD试验）结果呈阴性并补种的12个月以内健康婴幼儿

Inclusion criteria

healthy infants, who needed to be revaccinated and not responded to Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) test at 3,6,12 months of age

排除标准：

大于12个月;有严重外伤或手术史，肝、肾、心脏功能障碍;本人及家族有过敏史者；有结核菌素试验禁忌症者;其他预防接种不到两周者.

Exclusion criteria：

1 older than 12 months;2 moderate to severe injury or surgery during the previous month; 3 chronic renal failure, liver disease or heart failure;4 contra of PPD test;5 irritability of BCG；6 had other preventive inoculation less than 2 weeks.
