探索竖脊肌和腹横筋膜平面阻滞对腹部手术后镇痛效果的比较  

Objectives of Study：

to compare the analgesic effect of ESPB and TAPB after abdominal operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 行择期腹部手术的患者；
2、 ASA分级Ⅰ- Ⅲ级；
3、 无全身麻醉后不良反应史：如恶性高热、苏醒延迟等；
4、 患者自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery;
2, ASA class Ⅰ - Ⅲ;
3. No history of adverse reactions after general anesthesia, such as malignant high fever and delayed recovery;
4. The patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、 患者有严重的术前合并症，如呼吸系统、心血管系统等；
2、 凝血功能障碍；
3、 长期使用阿片类药物；
4、 肥胖（BMI≥35）；
5、 穿刺点皮肤感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient had severe preoperative complications, such as respiratory system and cardiovascular system;
2. Blood coagulation dysfunction;
3. Long-term use of opioids;
4. Obesity (BMI≥35);
5. Skin infection at puncture point.
