研究目的：

研究肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗运动员膝关节痛的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effectiveness of dry needling myofascial trigger point in athlete's knee pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会骨伤科分会发布的《骨关节诊治指南》（2007）中膝关节痛诊断标准；
②年龄 18～60 岁；
③入组前 1 周内未服用止痛药物；
④签署知情同意书,能配合针刺治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee joint pain in the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint (2007) issued by the orthopedic branch of Chinese Medical Association;
2. Patients aged 18-60 years;
3. Patients who did not take painkillers within one week before admission;
4. Patients who sign informed consent and can cooperate with acupuncture treatment.

排除标准：

①合并其他类型膝关节炎， 如关节风湿病、 类风湿病、痛风等；
②晕针或对本研究药物存在过敏和禁忌者；
③合并严重心血管、脑血管、肝、肾等器官疾病及精神病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other types of knee arthritis, such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc;
2. patients with needle fainting or allergy and contraindications to the drug in this study;
3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other organ diseases and psychosis.
