研究目的：

研究肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗运动员膝关节痛的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effectiveness of dry needling myofascial trigger point in athlete's knee pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会骨伤科分会发布的《骨关节诊治指南》（2007）中膝关节痛诊断标准；
②年龄 18～60 岁；
③入组前 1 周内未服用止痛药物；
④签署知情同意书,能配合针刺治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

①Comply with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone and Joint" issued by the Orthopedics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (2007)
Diagnostic criteria for middle knee arthralgia;
②Age 18 to 60 years old;
③No analgesic drugs were taken within 1 week before enrollment;
④People who signed an informed consent to cooperate with acupuncture treatment.

排除标准：

①合并其他类型膝关节炎， 如关节风湿病、 类风湿病、痛风等；
②晕针或对本研究药物存在过敏和禁忌者；
③合并严重心血管、脑血管、肝、肾等器官疾病及精神病。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combine other types of knee arthritis, such as joint rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, gout, etc .;
② Halo acupuncture or allergies and contraindications to the drug of this study;
③ Combined with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other organ diseases and mental illness.
