研究目的：

（1）明确缺血性脑卒中患者不同时期生活质量及变化趋势； （2）明确急性缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量的影响因素，为急性缺血性脑卒中患者的康复治疗、干预，提供理论依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the quality of life and its changing trend in different periods of patients with ischemic stroke; 2. In order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for rehabilitation treatment and intervention of patients with acute ischemic stroke, the influencing factors of quality of life of patients with acute ischemic stroke were clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2010年中华医学会编著的《临床诊疗指南神经病学分册》中的诊断标准，并经MRI确诊的急性缺血性脑卒中患者；
②脑卒中发病后，经医疗救治后，病情稳定，生命体征平稳、神志清楚，无失语；
③NHISS评分在4-20分；
④年龄18-70岁；
⑤在研究之前获得知情同意的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria in neurology volume of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines compiled by Chinese Medical Association in 2010 and diagnosed by MRI;
2. After the onset of stroke, after medical treatment, the patients with stable condition, stable vital signs, clear mind and no aphasia;
3. Patients with nhiss score of 4-20;
4. Patients aged 18-70 years;
5. Patients with informed consent prior to the study.

排除标准：

①有医生诊断的智力障碍、痴呆病史和其他精神疾病史；
②盲、聋、哑患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders, dementia history and other mental illness history diagnosed by doctors;
2. Blind, deaf and dumb patients.
