研究目的：

1 通过术前高分辨率测压技术对减重患者术前食管下段括约肌（LES），胃食管交界区（EGJ）进行定位，探讨在行腹腔镜下胃袖状切除术中，对于食管下括约肌（LES），胃食管交界区（EGJ）位置不同的减重患者中，进行同一种胃网膜游离距离，是否会对食管下括约肌（LES）造成损伤，以及损伤后胃食管内压力的变化情况与术后患者出现胃食管反流现象的关系 2 通过减重术前对食管下括约肌（LES），胃食管交界区（EGJ）定位，可在行腹腔镜下胃袖状切除术前，针对不同患者的食管下括约肌（LES），胃食管交界区（EGJ）的具体位置制定其适合的术中胃网膜游离距离，从而有效指导手术术中操作，避免腹腔镜下胃袖状切除术后，减重患者出现胃食管反流等并发症的发生  

Objectives of Study：

1 Preoperative high-resolution manometry was used to locate the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and gastroesophageal junction (EGJ) in patients , to investigate whether the same gastric omentum free distance will cause lower esophageal sphincter damage in the patients with different positions of the lower esophageal sphincter and gastroesophageal junction during laparoscopic gastrectomy, and the relationship between changes in gastroesophageal pressure after damage and gastroesophageal reflux in postoperative patients; 2 By positioning the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and gastroesophageal junction (EGJ) before operation , the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and gastroesophageal junction can be targeted to different patients before laparoscopic gastrectomy , the specific location of the appropriate intraoperative gastric omentum free distance is set to effectively guide the intraoperative operation to avoid complications such as gastroesophageal reflux after weight loss in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在签署知情同意书时，年满18至60岁(包括两端值)； 2. 符合腹腔镜胃袖状切除术指征，并实行腹腔镜胃袖状切除手术; 3. 能够理解和签署知情同意书，如果文盲，需按下手印； 4. 患者无糖尿病； 5. 能按照个案管理师要求规律饮食，术后半年来院复查 6 满足高分辨率测压操作的适应症，排除禁忌症，正确完成高分辨率测压操作前准备

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 60 (including both ends) at the time of signing the informed consent; 2. Meet the indications of laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection, and perform laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection; 3. Able to understand and sign the informed consent. If illiterate, please press the handprint; 4. No diabetes; 5. Can eat regularly according to the requirements of the case manager, and come to the hospital for review 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery.6 Satisfy the indications of high-resolution pressure measurement operation, eliminate contraindications, and prepare correctly before completing high-resolution pressure measurement operation

排除标准：

1.心肺功能不全，手术风险极高的病人；2 术前出现食管运动功能障碍性疾病患者；3 可能影响临床研究的精神障碍，包括痴呆、发作期精神病、严重的抑郁或有企图自杀的历史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency and high surgical risk
2.Patients with esophageal motor dysfunction disease before surgery
3. Mental disorders that may affect clinical studies, including episodes of dementia, severe depression, or a history of attempted suicide
