研究目的：

肝血管瘤的发生、发展与雌激素变化有关。目前对肝血管瘤的研究更多地在于关注它的外科治疗，但尚无通过抑制雌激素治疗对肝血管瘤影响的临床观察数据。内分泌治疗对HR+乳腺癌是标准治疗，HR+乳腺癌合并肝血管瘤的患者经过系统地抑制肿瘤治疗后，可以很好地来观察肝血管瘤的变化情况。本研究可为内分泌治疗对肝血管瘤的影响提供可靠的临床数据，为肝血管瘤的治疗提供新的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The formation and growth of hepatic hemangioma are related with the changes exprssion level of estrogen. Most of researches on hepatic hemangioma are focused on its surgical therapy, until now, without any clinical observation data can certify effect of estrogen suppression to hepatic hemangioma. Endocrine therapy is standard treatment for hormon receptor positive( HR +) breast cancer. Patients with HR + breast cancer combined with hepatic hemangioma can compatibly observe the changes of hepatic hemangioma after integrative treatment . This study can provide reliable clinical data for the effect of endocrine therapy on hepatic hemangioma, and provide a new strategy for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁，≦80岁；（2）病理确诊为浸润性乳腺癌且经首次的腹部超声+超声造影+上腹部CT确诊为肝血管瘤的女性初始治疗患者；（3）肝血管瘤最长径≥1cm；（4）肝功能良好，child-pugh A级；（5）病人一般情况良好，心肺功能可耐受手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1)age≥18,age≦80;(2) The female patients with invasive breast cancer diagnosed by pathology and hemangioma of liver diagnosed by the first abdominal ultrasound + contrast-enhanced ultrasonography + upper abdominal CT scan;(3) The longest diameter of hemangioma ≥ 1cm;(4) Liver function is well, child Pugh A; (5) patients in general good condition, cardiopulmonary function can withstand surgery.

排除标准：

（1）随访资料不完善；（2）有上腹部手术史；（3）曾经接受过肝血管瘤治疗的；（4）合并肝脏恶性肿瘤；（5）合并血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The follow-up data without integrity; (2) With upper abdominal surgery history; (3) received any treatment for hemangioma of liver; (4) combined with malignant tumor of liver;(5) Combined with hematology diseases.
