研究目的：

以临床核酸转阴时间，核酸转阴率为主要疗效指标，评价青蒿素哌喹片对未经药物治疗的新冠病毒肺炎的有效性和安全性的临床试验。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the clinical nCoV nucleic acid conversion time and the nucleic acid conversion rate as the main efficacy indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of artemisinin-pipequine tablets to treat the COVID-19 without drug treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-65岁，并签署知情同意书
2.按照国家卫生健康委发布的“新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第七版）”诊断标准，已被诊断为新型冠状病毒感染的轻型、普通型患者。具体诊断标准如下：（1）轻型：临床症状轻微，影像学未见肺炎表现。（2）普通型：具有发热、呼吸道等症状，影像学可见肺炎表现。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years old, and signed informed consent;
2. According to the diagnostic criteria of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Program (Trial Version 7)" issued by the National Health and Health Commission, those who have been diagnosed with CoVID-19 of light and common type. The specific diagnostic criteria are as follows: (1) light type: The clinical symptoms are mild, and there is no pneumonia manifestation in imaging; (2) Common type: It has fever, respiratory tract and other symptoms. Pneumonia can be seen on imaging;

排除标准：

1. 年龄＜18岁或年龄＞65岁。
2. 处于妊娠期的女性患者。
3. 明确对4-氨基喹啉类化合物过敏的患者。
4. 血液系统疾病的患者。
5. 肝肾疾病患者或肝肾损伤者。
6. 患有心律失常、慢性心脏病的患者。
7. 已知患有视网膜疾病、听力减退或听力丧失的患者。
8. 已知患有精神类疾病的患者。
9. 皮肤疾病（包括皮疹，皮炎，银屑病）。
10. 因原有基础疾病必须使用洋地黄类药物、司帕沙星、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、链霉素、青霉胺、克拉霉素、胺碘酮、阿扑吗啡、氢氯噻嗪、保泰松、肝素、苄普地尔、多潘立酮、氟哌利多、氟哌啶醇、阿司咪唑、红霉素、泊沙康唑、美沙酮、普鲁卡因胺、西沙比利、吲达帕胺、氯丙嗪、氯化铵、昂丹司琼、奥曲肽单胺氧化酶抑制剂、氟羟强的松龙的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years old or age> 65 years old.
2. Female patients in pregnancy.
3. Identify patients who are allergic to 4-aminoquinoline compounds.
4. Patients with diseases of the blood system.
5. Patients with liver and kidney disease or those with liver and kidney injury.
6. Patients with arrhythmia and chronic heart disease.
7. Patients with known retinal diseases, hearing loss or hearing loss.
8. Patients with known mental illness.
9. Skin diseases (including rash, dermatitis, psoriasis).
10.
