研究目的：

论证针刺肌筋膜触发点治疗偏头痛的有效性,探索其机制与血流动力学改变有关。  

Objectives of Study：

Demonstrate the effectiveness of myofascia trigger point dry needling for migraine , explore the mechanism and hemodynamic changes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

参照《国际头痛疾病分类(第 2 版)》中相关诊
断标准。①符合偏头痛诊断标准;②年龄 18～60 岁;③入组前 1 周内
未服用止痛药物;④签署知情同意书,能配合针刺治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

Refer to the relevant diagnosis in the International Classification of Headache Diseases (Second Edition)
①Meet the diagnostic criteria of migraine; ②18 to 60 years old; ③no take painkillers before entering the group 1 week; ④ Signed informed consent to cooperate with dry needling treatment.

排除标准：

①合并严重心、肺、肝、肾功能异常者;②头颅 CT
或 MRI 证实颅内占位性病变或脑梗死、脑出血等其他病变引起的头
痛或者颈椎病等引起的其他头痛;③妊娠期或者哺乳期或者正处于生
理期妇女;④有严重精神疾病或智力障碍不能配合治疗者;⑤晕针或
对本研究药物存在过敏和禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney abnormalities; ② Head CT Or MRI confirms the head caused by intracranial space-occupying lesions or other lesions such as cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage Pain or other headaches caused by cervical spondylosis; ③ during pregnancy or lactation or during pregnancy Women in the management period; ④Severe mental illness or intellectual disability who cannot cooperate with the treatment; ⑤Halo acupuncture or
Those who have allergies and contraindications to this study drug.
