Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Joymain far-red insomnia treatment apparatus microcirculation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）三高人群中筛选微循环轻度异常及中度异常的患者（微循环检测积分在2-8 之间患者）；
（2）年龄18-60岁，男女不限；
（3）受试者同意参加本项试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Three high population screening microcirculation mildly abnormal, moderately abnormal patients.（Of Microcirculation Points at 2-8 between the patients);
（2）18-60 years of age, male or female;
（3）Voluntary participation in the trial, and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）微循环正常、大致正常或者重度异常的患者；
（2）皮肤损伤未愈者、有出血倾向者、手术或严重外伤等应激情况者；
（3）严重高血压[收缩压≥24KPa（180mmHg）和/或舒张压≥14KPa（105mmHg）]患者；
（4）体内植入金属物者，体内植入医用电子仪器如心脏起搏器等者；
（5）具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤或；艾滋病；肾功能异常；
（6）严重的低蛋白血症及严重全身感染者；
（7）由于精神障碍不能给予充分知情同意者；
（8）怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史；
（9）根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况；
（10）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
（11）过敏体质，如对两种或以上药物或食物过敏史者；或已知对本产品过敏者；
（12）3个月内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Normal microcirculation, generally normal or severe abnormalities of patients;
（2）Skin injury healed, bleeding tendencies, surgery or serious trauma stress situation;
（3）Patients with severe hypertension [systolic blood pressure ≥ 24KPa (180mmHg) and / or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 14KPa (105mmHg);
（4）Implanted metal objects implanted medical electronic equipment, such as pacemakers and other persons;
（5）With severe primary cardiac, liver, lung, kidney, blood, or affect the survival of serious diseases, such as cancer or AIDS; renal dysfunction;
（6）Severe hypoproteinemia and serious systemic infection;
（7）Mental disorders can not give fully informed consent;
（8）Suspect or does have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
（9）According to the investigator's judgment, could easily lead to loss to follow to reduce the possibility of inclusion or so into the complex set of other lesions, such as working conditions change frequently;
（10）Pregnancy, breast-feeding women;
（11）Allergies, such as two or more drugs or a history of food allergies;, or known allergy
to the product used in the trial;
（12）Participated in other clinical trials within three months.
