研究目的:

观察不同近视儿童中自主神经和视网膜、脉络膜血流的差异情况,与儿童眼轴、近视程度之间的相关性;给予相关自主神经刺激后观察近视儿童视网膜、脉络膜血流变化,探索对近视防护保护作用,探明自主神经系统及脉络膜血流在近视防控中的作用和机制,从而为近视进一步防控提供很好的理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

The difference of choroidal blood flow in children with different myopia was observed, and the correlation between choroidal blood flow and thickness and children's ocular axis and degree of myopia was investigated. The changes of choroidal blood flow in children with myopia were observed by giving related abnormal visual stimulation. To explore the changes of choroidal blood flow and its correlation with the changes of ocular axis and diopter after the intervention of myopia protection factors, and to clarify the role and mechanism of choroidal blood flow in the prevention and control of myopia from the clinical perspective, so as to provide a good theoretical basis for the further prevention and control of myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

无试验用药品。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、无糖尿病、心脏病、高血压等系统性疾病。
2、无眼部手术史。
3、除屈光不正外无其他眼科疾病的门诊患者(7-14岁青少年患者)。

Inclusion criteria

1. No diabetes, heart disease, hypertension or other systemic diseases.
2. No history of eye surgery.
3. No other eye diseases except ametropia outpatient patients (7-14 years old adolescent patients). .

排除标准:

1、年龄:小于7岁,或大于14岁。
2、除屈光不正外存在其他眼科疾病。
3、有眼部手术史。
4、有糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等系统性疾病。
5、签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Age: less than 7 years old or more than 14 years old.
2. There are other ophthalmic diseases except ametropia.
3. A history of eye surgery.
4. have diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and other systemic diseases.
5. Sign informed consent.

在3×3 mm图像区域中,浅层视网膜血管、深层视网膜血,去除无血管区域(直径= 0.6 mm)后使用环形区域分割法(0.6–2.5 mm)进行分析。环形区(0.6-2.5毫米)被分为六个瓣环(C1-C6,位于中央凹处),带宽为0.16毫米(D)。此外,还产生了四个象限区,并以中央凹为中心(E)。ST,颞上位;SN,上鼻腔;IT,颞下;IN,下鼻梁。使用分形维数工具箱(如Fraclab、BENOIT等)分析上述不同区域(总环形,不同环形,不同象限)的分形维数。
