研究目的：

评价鼻咽癌实施IMRT计划时以诱导化疗前的GTV作为肿瘤靶区，或诱导化疗后的GTV作为肿瘤靶区两种方案临床疗效的差异  

Objectives of Study：

The gross tumor volume (GTV) is obviously reduced after induction chemotherapy (IC) for primary regional advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, this work is to analyze the effect of changing gross tumor volume (GTV) of intensity-modulated radiotherapy on the clinical outcome after IC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书。
2．年龄18~70岁的病人；
3．UICC 分期为Ⅱ期-Ⅳb期的鼻咽癌患者；
4. ECOG评分为0到2分；
5．病理组织或细胞学明确诊断为鼻咽癌
6.患者为首程治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteered as subjects and signed informed consent;
2. The patient is 18 to 70-year-old;
3．It is UICC stage for Phase II - IV b of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
4. an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) two or less;
5．Histopathology or cytology to confirm the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
6. Patients is first treatment process.

排除标准：

1．妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
2．对铂类药物和5-FU过敏或代谢障碍者；
3．存在其他恶性肿瘤病史；
4．合并严重心血管、肝、肾和造血系统疾病及精神病患者；
5. 参加其它临床试验者；
6．研究者认为其他不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1．Pregnancy, breast-feeding women;
2．People was supersensitivity or metabolic block of Platinum drugs and 5-FU;
3．People have other malignant tumor;
4．Patients had serious alteration in hematologic, renal, hepatic functions and Mental illness;
5. Participation in other clinical trials;
6．The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they don't fit into the study.
