研究目的：

通过本项目的实施，拟设计出一套适合运用于COPD患者自我护理能力的手机APP程序，并将该APP程序应用在COPD患者自我护理行为的提高，以期降低由于COPD患者自我护理能力不足及依从性差导致患者的再住院率、住院天数、急诊次数，提高患者生活质量、自我效能等。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the implementation of this project, it is planned to design a mobile phone APP program suitable for the self-care ability of patients with COPD and to apply this APP program to improve the self-care behaviors of patients with COPD in order to reduce the lack of self-care ability and compliance Poor sex leads to patient rehospitalization, length of hospital stay, number of emergency visits, improvement of patient quality of life, self-efficacy, etc.

纳入标准：

1.符合卫生部发布的《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》(2013修订版)，根据GOLD指南(2013版)，经肺功能检查诊断为COPD患者
2.有移动手机并会使用
3.愿意配合并按要求反馈健康检查结果
4.自愿参与本次研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Consistent with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (Revised 2013) issued by the Ministry of Health and diagnosed as COPD patients according to the GOLD guidelines (2013 version) by pulmonary function tests;
2. Mobile phones will be used;
3. willing to cooperate with the health check results as required;
4. voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有明显的精神心理、认知问题，无民事行为能力
2.参加了其他干预项目

Exclusion criteria：

1. obvious mental and psychological problems, cognitive problems, no civil capacity;
2. Participated in other interventions.
