研究目的：

观察右美托咪定联合地塞米松对乳腺癌患者术后恶心呕吐的预防作用及其机制，为临床预防术后恶心呕吐合理使用地塞米松和右美托咪定提供试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the preventive effect and mechanism of dexmedetomidine combined with dexamethasone on postoperative nausea and vomiting of breast cancer patients, and provide experimental evidence for the rational use of dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine for clinical prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行乳腺癌根治术，ASA 分级I～II，年龄35～50岁，体重45～60kg

Inclusion criteria

Radical mastectomy was performed in selected period, ASA grade I ~ II, age 35 ~ 50 years old, weight 45 ~ 60kg

排除标准：

术前24h应用抗呕吐药和皮质类固醇激素治疗；谷氨酰转移酶、肌酐和尿素氮高于正常值的2倍；对右美托咪定过敏，对非甾体类镇痛药过敏；窦性心动过缓和（或）房室传导阻滞；功能性肾上腺肿瘤，包括库欣综合征、原发性醛固酮增多症和嗜铬细胞瘤；孕妇、肥胖［体质指数（BMI）﹥34kg/m2］；糖尿病；胃十二指肠溃疡；不能合作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Treatment with antiemetic and corticosteroid 24h before surgery; Glutamyltransferase, creatinine and urea nitrogen were 2 times higher than normal. Allergic to dexmedetomidine, allergic to non-steroidal analgesics; Sinus bradycardia and/or atrioventricular block; Functional adrenal tumors, including Cushing's syndrome, primary aldosteronism, and pheochromocytoma; Pregnant women, obesity [body mass index (BMI) > 34kg/m2]; Diabetes; Gastroduodenal ulcer; Patients who can't cooperate.
