本研究的目的是探讨新型脂肪因子Metrnl与糖尿病肾病的关系  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the association between novel adipokine Metrnl and diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在联勤保障部队900所医院纳入2型糖尿病患者，包括正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组和大蛋白尿组。根据世界卫生组织1999年的诊断标准，患者被诊断为2型糖尿病。临床上通过持续高ACR≥30 mg/g和/或eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2持续下降确定糖尿病肾病。

Inclusion criteria

Chinese patients with T2DM were recruited in this cross-sectional study at 900 Hospital of joint service support force,including normoalbuminuria group , microalbuminuria group and macroalbuminuria group. Patients were diagnosed with T2DM, according to the World Health Organization 1999 diagnostic criteria. DN was identified clinically by a persistently high ACR≥ 30mg/g and/or sustained reduction in eGFR < 60mL/min/1.73 m2

排除标准：

使用肾上腺皮质激素药物、免疫抑制药物或RAS抑制剂；尿路感染；系统炎症；肿瘤；心血管疾病；肝功能障碍、肾功能障碍；慢性阻塞性肺病和神经内分泌疾病

Exclusion criteria：

medicine on adrenal cortical hormones, immunosuppression drugs or RAS inhibitors, urinary tract infections, systematic inflammatory, neoplasm, cardiovascular diseases, liver dysfuction, kidney dysfuction, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) and neuroendocrine diseases
