評估西藥以及比較中西藥併用對於咽喉異物感(癔球症)患者之療效  

Objectives of Study：

This study is to evaluate the Effects of Combination Therapy of Chinese Herbal Medicine (BanXia HouPo Tang) and Western Medicine on Patients with Globus Sensation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

半夏厚朴湯 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

BanXia HouPo Tang 

纳入标准：

持續性或陣發性的無痛咽喉異物感兩周以上，並且經由咽喉鏡或內視鏡檢查後確認沒有結構異常

Inclusion criteria

Persistent or intermittent non-painful sensation of a lump or foreign body in the throat with no structural lesion

排除标准：

1.咽喉鏡發現具體異常者 (如:器質性病變)
2.伴隨吞嚥困難或吞嚥疼痛
3.發現食道近端胃黏膜異位斑塊 (gastric inlet patch)
4.伴隨明顯胃食道逆流或者嗜酸性食道炎的症狀表現
5.伴隨主要食道蠕動疾病(如食道弛緩不能(Achalasia)、胃食道接口外流阻塞(esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction)、遠端食道痙攣(distal esophageal spasm)、手提鑽食道病變(Jackhammer esophagus)、食道不蠕動症)等
6.近一個月內有服用其他中藥或者輔助醫療與健康食品
7.急性上呼吸道感染症與體溫大於38.3度

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dysphagia or odynophagia;
2. Pharyngeal, laryngeal, and esophageal structural lesions;
3. Esophageal mucosal abnormalities (gastric inlet patch);
4. Evidence of GERD or eosinophilic esophagitis;
5. Major esophageal motor disorders (distal esophageal spasm, esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction, achalasia, jackjammer esophagus, and absent contractility);
6.Fever (BT>38.3C) or upper respiratory infection in recent 2 weeks.
