探索循环FSTL1与代谢综合征之间的关系，为代谢综合征的治疗提供新的思路及研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

investigating the associated of circulating FSTL-1 with the MetS,and providing new ideas and research directions for the treatment of MetS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

使用中国糖尿病学会标准（CDS指南2017）作为准入标准。符合以下三种或三种以上情况的受试者被诊断患有MetS：1）中心型肥胖（腰围；男性≥90或女性的≥85 cm）；2）甘油三酸酯≥1.7 mmol / L; 3）低水平的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇<1.04 mmol / L）； 4）血压≥130/85 mmHg； 5）空腹血糖≥5.6mmol / L或2小时后血糖超负荷≥7.8mmol / L或新诊断为2型糖尿病。所有MetS患者都是新诊断的。根据世界卫生组织1998年的诊断标准确定了2型糖尿病患者。对照组血糖正常，无2型糖尿病家族史，无高血压，无疾病临床证据，无药物使用。

Inclusion criteria

We used the Chinese Diabetes Society criteria (CDS guideline 2017) as the recruitment criteria . Subjects with three or more of the following conditions were diagnosed with MetS: 1) central obesity (waist circumference; (WC) ≥ 90 for male or ≥ 85 cm for female, respectively); 2) triglycerides (TG) ≥ 1.7 mmol/L; 3) low level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C < 1.04 mmol/L); 4) blood pressure ≥ 130/85 mmHg; 5) fasting blood glucose (FBG) ≥ 5.6mmol/L or 2-hour blood glucose after glucose overload (2h-PBG) ≥ 7.8mmol/L or newly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). All patients with MetS were newly diagnosedT2DM patients were identified. according to the World Health Organization 1998 diagnostic criteria.The controls had
normal blood glucose, no family history ofT2DM, and hypertension, no clinical evidence of
diseases, and were no using medications.
