研究目的：

评价水冷微波消融治疗≤8cm原发性肝癌的临床疗效及其预后影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect and prognostic factors of percutaneous microwave ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC<=8cm).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 病理或综合影像证实为原发性肝癌；
（2） 病灶均未经过任何治疗；
（3） 凝血功能正常；
（4） 术前评估肝脏功能：总胆红素<60μmol/L ,白蛋白>30g/L，凝血酶原时间<25s，凝血酶原活动度>40%；术前无腹水或深度<4cm；
（5） 病灶大小：单发≤8cm,或多发最大≤4cm，无门脉癌栓及肝外转移；
（6） 自愿受试，术前均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. HCC patients without any treatment;
2. Single lesion diameter <=8cm or multiple lesions diameter <=4cm;
3. Preoperative assessment of liver function;
4. Blood coagulation function normal.

排除标准：

术前排除：（1）孕妇、哺乳期女性；
（2）术前检测明确肝内肿瘤单发＞8cm或多发最大＞4cm；
（3）病灶接受过其他抗癌治疗；
（4）术前影像学检查判断明确的门静脉、肝静脉、下腔静脉主干癌栓；
（5）明确的肝外转移；
（6） 非肝脏原发性肿瘤：肝转移癌等；
术后排除：（1）病理证实非原发性肝癌 ；
（2）术后患者不能配合追踪、随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactation period women;
2. Patient has received other treatment;
3. Portal vein and hepatic vein and IVC tumor thrombus;
4. Extrahepatic metastasis.
