研究目的：

对儿童难治性肾病特别是局灶节段硬化性肾小球肾炎(FSGS)或硬化性肾小球肾炎(DSGS)没有合适的治疗手段时开辟一个新的治疗途径。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate rituximab in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

嵌合鼠/人的单克隆抗体 该抗体与纵贯细胞膜的CD20抗原特异性结合 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Chimeric mouse / human monoclonal antibody The antibodies is binding with CD20 antigen in the membrane 

纳入标准：

适用于儿童难治性肾病其它药物治疗效果不佳的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Children with refractory nephrotic syndrome and unsensitive to other medicine

排除标准：

禁用于已知对利妥昔单抗的过敏及鼠蛋白高敏感的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are allergic to rituximab or mouse protein
