研究目的：

观察香雪抗病毒口服液治疗成人流行性感冒、普通感冒患者的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Kangbingdu Koufuye in the treatment of adults with influenza and common cold.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

板蓝根、石膏、芦根、地黄、郁金、知母、石菖蒲、广藿香、连翘 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Banlanggen, Shigao, Lugen, Dihuang, Yujin, Zhimu, Shichangpu, Guanghuoxiang, Lianqiao 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在≥16岁以上者；
（2）符合流感、普通感冒诊断者；
（3）感冒症状从出现到就诊在48小时以内者；
（4）知情同意并签署了知情同意书；
（5）在入组前48小时内未服用其他防治感冒药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 16 years old and elder than 16 years;(2) To be diagnosed with influenza and common cold;(3) The symptoms appeared within 48 hours;(4) The patient has signed the informed consent;(5) Did not use medication of treating cold until enrollment.

排除标准：

（1）感冒合并有肺炎、支气管炎、中耳炎、咽峡炎，病毒性心肌炎、急性肾炎、风湿性关节等疾病者；
（2）肝肾功能不全者；
（3）过敏体质，有明确抗病毒药口服液药物组分（板蓝根、石膏、芦根、地黄、郁金、知母、石菖蒲、广藿香、连翘）过敏者；
（4）妊娠患者或哺乳期妇女；
（5）疑似流感重症或危重病例者；
（6）脾胃虚寒出现泄泻者；
（7）由于智力或行为障碍，不能配合完成临床观察者；
（8）正在参加或治疗前1个月曾参加过其他感冒药物临床研究者；
（9）根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如工作环境经常变动、生活环境不稳定等易造成失访的情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cold with pneumonia, bronchitis, tympanitis, isthmitis, vital myocarditis, acute nephritis, rheumatic arthritis;
(2) Liver and kidney dysfunction;
(3) Allergic constitution, a clear history of allergy to components: Banlanggen, Shigao, Lugen, Dihuang, Yujin, Zhimu, Shichangpu, Guanghuoxiang, Lianqiao;
(4) Pregnancy or lactation period;
(5) Suspect of severe influenza or other severe disease;
(6) Inefficient of spleen and stomach with diarrhoea symptom;
(7) Intelligence and behavior disorders;
(8) To be involved in another clinical trial of cold drugs during past one month;
(9) The patient who will unable to complete the study, such as will moving soon.
